KISJ is looking for a well-rounded High School educator who is driven by excellence and dedicated to preparing students for graduation. An educator who is passionate, creative, and able to inspire students to think deeply about complex issues while motivating them to appraise and critically evaluate new information. All KISJ counselors should understand and support the “best fit” model in the college application process.

Minimum Starting Salary: $55,300 USD + 12,000,000KRW (~10,000USD)
Maximum Starting Salary: $61,300 USD + 12,000,000KRW (~10,000USD)
-All Salary is post tax(Employer will cover all income tax)
-Employer will provide annual severance payment equivalent to 8.3% of the annual salary, collectible at the end of the final year of employment.
-Employer will match mandatory employee monthly contributions (Approximately 4.5%) to the Korean National Pension Plan.
-Employer will provide employee and accompanying legal dependents under the age of 18 with medical insurance, including dental and vision, under an international plan designated by the employer.
-Tuition waiver. The employee will be responsible for all other costs (uniforms, field trips, sports/music events, etc.) not covered in the tuition.
-Employer will provide furnished housing either On-Campus or Off-Campus.
-A professional development (PD) allowance of USD $1,200 per year may be applied for via the Director of Teaching and Learning
-3 professional development days per academic year will be provided with no deduction in salary.
-Summer Flight Stipend for each intervening summer based on the home of record available for employee, legal spouse and up to 2 dependents.
-12 sick/personal days that cashable at the end of each year
