Design and deliver learning activities aligned with Individualized Education Plan goals under the direction of the case manager.
Collaborate with team members including the case manager, the teacher(s), and ISB Learning Support professionals on student needs.
Communicate with parents through channels established by the team.
Maintain progress notes and collect data on progress towards goals.
Attend and participates in required meetings.
Seek professional growth through reading, in-service learning opportunities, and seeking consultation from support team members when needed.
Performs such other appropriate and position-related duties and assumes such other responsibilities as the Director of Student Services may assign.
Comply with ISB policies, procedures and guidelines for professional conduct.
Qualifications and key attributes
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and current teaching certification
Qualifications and experience working with students with special needs desired
