Substitute Teacher/Office Assistant

Salary: $93.75/day
The Substitute Assistant is an on-call position to fill in office, aide or teaching assistant positions as required due to staff absences. In this position you will be responsible for receptionist and other office duties or following lesson plans and substituting in classrooms, under the direction of the Teacher. This is not a full-time position. The successful candidate is required to have the following:
- Have a high school degree or higher, certificate or working towards a diploma in Education preferred.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and previous classroom experience required
- Formal training in child care, first aid or other related field preferred
- Darkness to Light Certification or willingness to take course and other Child Protection Policies
