  • Description The maximum entry level is step 5 (5 years of experience): approximately $40,000 USD for a Bachelor's Degree and $41,000 USD for a Master's Degree. Top of the scale is $48,000 (BA) or $50,000 (MA) after teaching at VIS for 9 years.
