Tsinglan School

Tsinglan School is a K-12 international school committed to blending the best of Chinese and Western education philosophies and practices. The School is managed by Tsinghua High School. We currently occupy two campuses one for early childhood and the other grades 1-12. Our capacity is above 2000 students, which we will not reach for several years.

Accommodation
- Housing allowance 3000RMB for the single and 5000RMB for the married, and 8000RMB for the couple both working at school;
- On-campus accommodation will be provided for International faculty for transition
Flights/Transport
- A round-trip air tickets back home will be provided for International faculty once a year
Bonus
If the Employee has worked for two years and has signed the contract for the third year of working at the School, a 20,000 RMB loyalty bonus will be awarded.

- If the Employee has worked for five years and has signed the contract for the sixth year of working at the School, a 50,000 RMB loyalty.

- If the Employee has worked for eight years and has signed the contract for the ninth year of working at the School, a 100,000 RMB
Moving Allowance
- Relocation fee will be including the logistics fee, flight ticket, visa fee etc.
- 15000 RMB for a single teacher or one of a couple working in school; 20000 RMB for couple both working in school;
Dependent Opportunities
- At most two children of each International faculty or couple can receive education in school for free of tuition
Medical
Commercial health insurance will be provided for each International faculty and another family member, the amount is about 20000RMB/person
Other
Training and vocational development:
- Specific fund will be used for staff vocational training programs every year;
- Teachers are encouraged to participate job-related training, including on-the-job training organized in or out of the school;
- Collective training: employee training is usually arranged on the school calendar day;
- Individual training: Employees can apply for a work-related training course which needs to be approved by the principal administrative meeting. Individual training fee is at most 20000 RMB/person every year.

We are looking for a music teacher to lead the program K-12 in English. They should be able to run a well-managed music class along with a band and orchestra development program.

1. To be responsible as a kindergarten homeroom teacher staying with the kids the whole day during working time as requested;

10. To be responsible for the classroom and to encourage and support the use of ICT in lessons and monitor the classes’ work and assessment grades and keep student achievement records;
11. To take intervention actions when assessment and report grades identify a cause of concern regarding a students’ progress in your class;
12. To support and work collegiately with other members of the department;
13. To write reports and enter assessment grades when required;
