Other
EU Nationals are not required to have working visa nor residence permit in the Czech republic. The School provide support to the non-EU nationals to obtain / renew their work&residence permits while working for ISP.

Starting Salary Range
Teachers with a BA degree and 4 years experience: EUR34.240,-
Teachers with MA degree and 8 years of experience: EUR41.810,-
Maximum entry level is step 10 -> MA10: EUR44.040,- / BA10: EUR40.980,- /PhD10:47.790,-
Taxes
Income tax deducted in monthly payroll represents approx 20% of taxable income in the Czech Republic
Savings Potential
Savings potential with BA and 8 years teaching experience: approximately 21,000 EUR for a single teacher; approximately 26,000 EUR teaching couple with two children; approximately 18,000 EUR for a single teacher with one dependent.

Housing allowance for full-time overseas hired teachers:
EUR 8,000 single teacher
EUR 9,950 teaching couple
EUR 1,950 per dependent
Retirement
Retirement - 10% of the base salary paid together with monthly salary (being rolled into the payroll)
Flights/Transport
Annual Home Leave to Home of Record for full-time overseas hired teachers upon completion of initial two-year contract.

Dependent Opportunities

The Employee’s eligibility for the Tuition Benefit is confirmed by the Director at the time of Employee’s recruitment or employment status change, taking into consideration the actual ratio of students with paid & free tuition as the School can afford free tuition only up to certain limit.
