International Community School - Singapore

International Community School is an international Christian school located on the island of Singapore. Our mission is, "Educating minds and transforming lives to impact the world for the glory of God," and our teachers provide excellent academic instruction with Biblical integration in all subject areas. The ICS faculty invests in students' lives both in and out of the classroom, and we are well-known for being a caring community that provides a holistic education. ICS uses an American curriculum modified to fit our context in Singapore, and the majority of our graduates attend U.S. universities.

School Benefits
Accommodation
A monthly housing stipend will be paid according to the salary schedule in effect at the time based on family status. This benefit is only available for expat faculty and administration.
Retirement
The first 2% of employee monthly contributions are matched in a US-recognized Roth 401K plan managed by RPG Consulting.
Bonus
After the completion of an initial two years of service, a S$5000 bonus will be paid each year thereafter. This bonus will be added to the annual salary calculations beginning with the Year 3 contract.
Dependent Opportunities
100% of tuition and fees are covered for children attending ICS. This does not cover additional expenses such as lunch, yearbook, lost/damaged books, etc. Note: All tuition waivers are a Singapore taxable benefit; the employee is responsible for the taxes associated with this benefit.
Medical
NICS missionaries will receive full premium paid medical insurance. No dental or vision coverage is included. If it is paid through another employer (part of a "company package") or spouse, it is not reimbursable. This benefit is available only for NICS missionaries.
Disability
In the event that an insured employee becomes totally disabled as a result of illness or bodily injury, this insurance will provide an income benefit based on a percentage of the annual salary plan until either recovery or attainment of retirement age. This benefit is only available until age 65. Each employee will receive a certificate of insurance annually outlining the specific benefit amount.
