Founded in 1953, Escuela Internacional Sampedrana is a bilingual, private, coeducational day school (Nursery through Grade 12), governed by a local board of parents and business leaders. 1. We are looking for a teacher for 10th grade English and AP Seminar class from the Capstone Project.
The AP Capstone project develops students’ skills in research, analysis, evidence-based arguments, collaboration, writing, and presenting. students investigate a variety of topics in multiple disciplines. It guides students through completing a research project, writing an academic paper, and making a presentation on their project.

Over the course of a two-year program, students are required to:

Analyze topics through multiple lenses to construct meaning or gain understanding.
Plan and conduct a study or investigation.
Propose solutions to real-world problems.
Plan and produce communication in various forms.
Collaborate to solve a problem.
Integrate, synthesize, and make cross-curricular connections.

Lower Elementary Position

This position is as a member of a 5 member team. Each member plans and then revises learning modules with team and teacher leaders. Each homeroom has 22 or fewer students and is led by the teacher along with a classroom assistant. The grade-level team is also compromised of section specialists in PE, Art, Spanish, Technology and Art.
