Lead Trainer

A Lead Trainer is responsible for designing and facilitating Professional Learning Programs, constituting a range of learning designs, for teachers in Qatar Foundation schools and teachers across Qatar. A Lead Trainer builds capacity within schools by collaboratively working with teacher leaders to:
• Design research-based Professional Learning Programs
• Facilitate professional learning experiences
• Collect data to reflect on the impact of the program
• Evaluate and document impact of the program
At EDI, the mission of the lead trainer, as a member of the Academic Team, is to support the achievement of the strategic goals through EDI’s strategic initiatives. Annual Salary: between 64,000 USD and 74,000 USD (depending on years of experience) plus benefits.
